Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an on-site Station Agent to lead front-line operations, manage Agents/Clerks, and ensure safe, on-time departures. The role involves training, scheduling, and resolving operational and customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have strong English communication. Some locations require additional security and travel credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid REAL ID compliant driver’s license or travel authority as needed
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work rotating shifts
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Experience in customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance
• Schedule and manage staffing and coverage
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations
• Schedule local training including new hire training
• Resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in reports and audits
• Support passenger check-in, ticketing, and baggage handling as part of ramp and customer service duties
• Assist with aircraft guidance on taxiways and handoff to gates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, on-time departures
