Job summary

Envoy Air Inc is seeking a Station Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day station operations at Santa Fe, NM. You will lead Agents and Clerks to ensure a safe, on-time operation and a positive passenger experience in a busy airline environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues. Requirements: minimum age 18, HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license; some license restrictions may apply.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
• Schedule and manage manpower coverage to maintain operations.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and training for new hires.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to uniform policy and wear company uniforms.
• Participate in station audits, conference calls, and prepare various reports.
• Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files, and performance.
• Assist with ramp and customer service duties as needed.
