Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for a Supervisory role at our station. You will lead Agents/Clerks, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and on-time performance. Training new hires and addressing operational issues are key parts of the job.

You will schedule manpower, monitor performance, and support fleet and customer service goals while ensuring a smooth passenger experience and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, unsuspended state driver’s license
• Must be able to carry and lift bags up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends
• Must read/write and understand English
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations and supervise local training including new hire training
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to and enforce uniform policy and safety standards
• Collaborate on station audits, reporting, and performance records
• May perform Station Agent duties and assist with baggage handling and aircraft guidance
