Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking personnel to manage training and standard evaluation data for squadron operations in support of aircrew training and readiness. The role requires attention to detail and strong data-management skills, interfacing with resource and training offices.

Responsibilities include updating records, coordinating classes, and generating reports to support leadership decisions and readiness tracking in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel/Access.
• Experience with scheduling and training record systems.

Responsibilities

• Update training and evaluation data in scheduling systems.
• Review and update trainee records and grade books per AFI guidance.
• Administer classes and coordinate training schedules.
• Provide weekly status updates on training and readiness.
