Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in Texas is seeking a Training and Standard Evaluation Specialist to support aircrew training programs in a DoD squadron setting.

The role focuses on data management, documentation, and reporting—maintaining AFI compliance, preparing training plans, and coordinating with scheduling to optimize readiness.

Candidates should have active Secret clearance and experience with PEX, ARMS, MS Office; bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with PEX (or similar scheduling system).
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience in a squadron, group, or wing training/stan eval shop or DoD flying squadron environment.
• Secret clearance or previously held Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly training/status checks and prepare training plans.
• Provide weekly leadership updates on flight readiness and status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Maintain documentation through monthly reports and testing status updates.
• Develop new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
