Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is hiring for a training and standard evaluation role. The position supports aircrew and ground training programs, tracking currencies, and ensuring readiness under AFI guidance. The job involves updating databases, preparing plans, and coordinating with scheduling to optimize training opportunities.

The role requires a Secret clearance (or prior expired) and experience with PEX, Access, Excel, and SharePoint, with a focus on accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or previously held clearance (expired).
• Minimum two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling system.
• Minimum two years with MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Two to three years in a squadron, group, or wing training/stan eval shop or DoD flying squadron equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and ARMS as required.
• Review and update student records per AFIs and local guidance.
• Administer classes and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training and ancillary requirements.
• Prepare training and testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness to leadership.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities.
• Develop curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports and forms (e.g., RAP, evaluation status).
