Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking personnel to support training and stan eval functions for a squadron, updating records, administering classes, and coordinating with scheduling to ensure compliance with AFIs. The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely communication, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

The position is contingent on contract award and involves data management, evaluation reporting, and readiness tracking for aircrew and ground training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and locally-developed databases as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS systems.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling for required training.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks and prepare training plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership on flight and readiness status.
