Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in the United States is seeking personnel for training and standard evaluation in a squadron to manage data, schedules, and readiness. You will track aircrew training currencies, update records, and generate reports to Wing leadership.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with PEX, ARMS, MS Office, and the ability to perform under pressure; a Secret clearance or eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX (or future equivalents) and local databases.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS data.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling for required trainings.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks and prepare training/testing plans.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness and personnel status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities in line with AFIs.
• Generate periodic reports and ensure documentation for aircrew qualification.
