Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC seeks an experienced Training and Standard Evaluation Specialist to support aircrew training programs at a DoD squadron. You will manage data tracking, update records, generate reports, and coordinate with scheduling to ensure readiness and compliance with AFI guidance.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years with PEX or similar scheduling systems, proficiency in MS Office, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with PEX (or similar scheduling program).
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Secret clearance or active clearance in the past.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS.
• Review and update records, folders, and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness to leadership.
• Generate required reports and maintain testing materials.
• Notify crews of upcoming and overdue testing and training.
• Develop new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
