Job summary

Nisga'a Tek is seeking a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist Lead to support the Air Mobility Command Flying Squadron. The role involves maintaining flight testing materials, updating systems, and ensuring accurate aircrew records in accordance with AFIs and MAJCOM guidance.

You will coordinate with training officers, notify crewmembers of requirements, and generate essential reports for evaluation boards while supporting onboarding and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must have interim Secret clearance.
• Top-Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight testing materials.
• Update GTIMS and related systems; maintain aircrew records.
• Interface with HARM/SARM and ARMS updates.
• Coordinate with training officer to review AFIs and records.
• Notify crewmembers of upcoming testing and training requirements.
• Produce reports for SEB, STRP, and QC boards.
• Set up and maintain EFB and EUSA devices.
• Provide contractor monthly status reports and related tasks.
