Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to update GTIMS/ARMS data and manage training records. You will coordinate classes, exams, and crew training requirements with multiple offices, ensuring compliance with Air Force instructions and unit policies.

The role involves daily tracking of training progress, developing curriculum with the DOT Flight Chief, and producing periodic leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Update GTIMS and ARMS data as required.
• Maintain student/permanent records, folders, and grade books.
• Schedule classes and exams with internal and external agencies to ensure required training.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks.
• Develop training plans for approval and scheduling with the DOT Flight Chief.
• Schedule ground training events per unit policies and AFI guidance.
• Provide weekly status updates to squadron leadership on flight readiness.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities.
• Generate required reports and forms.
