Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Training and Standard Evaluation Specialist to manage aircrew training data, records, and scheduling across multiple systems. The role supports aircrew readiness, evaluation programs, and documentation in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include updating PEX and ARMS, administering classes, tracking training progress, and producing regular status reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to multitask and interpret guidance across sources.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS systems.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for trainings.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training requirements.
• Prepare and schedule training/testing plans for approval.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness and status to leadership.
• Coordinate with scheduling to optimize training opportunities.
• Develop new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports and forms for the squadron, group, and wing leadership.
