Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist to support the Air Mobility Command Flying Squadron. The role focuses on maintaining flight testing materials, updating GTIMS and related records, and coordinating training records with training officers.

Strong data handling and communication are essential. Minimum qualifications include 1–2 years of related experience and an interim Secret clearance; a Bachelor's degree and Top-Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with crew members and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to think critically and decide quickly in time-sensitive situations.
  • Must have an interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials and records including systems updates.
  • Update data in GTIMS and related systems and process member records.
  • Coordinate with training officers to review student/permanent party records and grades.
  • Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
  • Generate standard reports and support EFB program maintenance.
