Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Training and Standard Evaluation Specialist to support Air Force squadron training programs.

The role focuses on data management, readiness reporting, and documentation in PEX and ARMS systems, coordinating with scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of exams and training. The ideal candidate will hold a Secret clearance or previously held one, have experience with PEX/Access/Excel/SharePoint, and a background in DoD training environments, delivering accurate reports

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX (or similar proprietary scheduling program).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a squadron, group, and/or wing training and/or standard evaluation shop or three (3) years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and ARMS or future equivalents.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling for required trainings.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training and ancillary requirements.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on flight and readiness status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training and weekly summaries for supervisors.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports/forms such as RAP, RAP inputs, and AF Form 8.
