Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a training and standard evaluation specialist to manage aircrew training data, schedule events, and generate reports in a DoD environment.

You will update PEX and ARMS, review records, administer classes, and coordinate with scheduling to ensure compliance with AFIs and readiness requirements, while maintaining documentation accuracy and timeliness for leadership. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential; prior DoD

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or previously held clearance required.
• 2+ years of experience with PEX (scheduling).
• 2+ years with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• 2–3 years in a squadron/training/stan eval or DoD flying squadron equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS.
• Review and update training records, folders, and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training.
• Prepare and periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly leadership status updates on flight and readiness.
