Qualifikationen

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Minimum of two years experience with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Minimum of two years experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Minimum of two years experience in a squadron, group, and/or wing training or stan eval office; or three years in a DoD flying squadron equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Update data in PEX and locally-developed systems as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS.
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for required trainings.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training requirements.
• Prepare periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on flight and readiness status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade training and weekly summaries for leadership.
• Assist in developing new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate reports such as RAP and operator status; produce monthly evaluation documentation.
