Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a qualified Training and Standard Evaluation Coordinator to manage aircrew training records, scheduling, and documentation in an AFI-compliant environment. You will interact with ARMS, PEX, and other systems to ensure data accuracy and readiness reporting.

The role focuses on updating records, coordinating classes and exams, and producing weekly status updates for leadership. A Secret clearance and experience with DoD training programs are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired.
• 2+ years of experience with PEX (or similar proprietary scheduling program).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• 2–3 years of experience in a squadron, group, and/or wing training and/or stan eval office, or 3+ years in a DoD flying squadron equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and locally-developed database systems as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS systems as required.
• Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of personnel training and readiness requirements.
• Prepare and periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on flight and readiness status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Maintain documentation generation for required reports and forms.
• Interpret AFIs and provide guidance to personnel in standard evaluation shops.
