Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. supports Air Force squadron readiness at Barksdale AFB through training and standard evaluation roles. The position focuses on data management, documentation, and reporting across training programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in evaluations and certifications.

Ideal candidates bring DoD squadron experience, proficiency with PEX and ARMS, and strong MS Office skills; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or previously held Secret Clearance (expired)
• 2 years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling program
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
• 2–3 years of experience in a squadron, group, and/or wing training and/or stan eval in a DoD flying squadron, group, and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and locally-developed databases as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS (or future equivalents).
• Review and update student/permanent records, folders, and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
• Prepare and periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on flight and readiness status.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training for the unit.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate reports/forms such as Monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary and RAP reports.
