Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Training and Stan Eval Specialist to support a USAF squadron's education and readiness programs.

You will update records, manage training schedules, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with AFIs, while coordinating with scheduling and leadership to optimize training opportunities. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with data systems such as PEX and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX (or similar proprietary scheduling program).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a squadron, group, and/or wing training and/or standard evaluation shop or three (3) years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX (or future equivalent systems to PEX) and locally-developed database systems as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) (or future equivalent systems to ARMS), as required.
• Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per AFIs and local guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling for training requirements.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
• Prepare and periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership containing flight and readiness status.
• Coordinate with scheduling office to maximize training opportunities.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training; weekly summaries for supervision.
• Assist in development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports/forms (e.g., Monthly Aircrew Qualification Summary, RAP reports, deployment readiness).
• Maintain accountability of flight testing materials.
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming and overdue testing/training requirements.
• Produce reports/forms as required: Evaluation/Testing Status and Trend Data, RAP inputs, and AF Form 8.
