Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks skilled training and standard evaluation personnel to manage aircrew training records, schedules, and readiness reporting. You will update PEX and ARMS data, coordinate classes and exams, and ensure documentation aligns with AFIs.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication within a DoD environment. Responsibilities include weekly status updates to leadership, development of curricula, and generation of evaluation reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records and training data.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS.
• Review and update training records and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling for trainings.
• Provide weekly status updates on flight readiness and training progress.
• Prepare training and testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Generate required reports and maintain training materials.
