Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking qualified personnel to support Air Force training and standard evaluation functions within a squadron. You will manage certifications, track training currencies, and prepare evaluation materials in a dynamic environment.

The role requires experience with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and records management, with a focus on accuracy and timely communications to leadership and aircrew. A security clearance is required or pending.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of experience with PEX (or similar scheduling system).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• 2–3 years of experience in a DoD flying squadron/training or stan eval environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and ARMS as required.
• Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for required trainings.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks and prepare testing plans for approval.
• Provide weekly/status updates to leadership and generate required reports.
