Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and systems with strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with crew members and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsabilités

• Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) and SARM personnel to update ARMS as required.
• Build, review, and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books.
• Coordinate schedule of classes and exams and external agency coordination for training requirements.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks for training accreditation.
• Prepare and execute training plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership on flight readiness and personnel status.
• Generate reports and maintain data for PWS tasks and monthly status reporting.
• Support onboarding, supervision, and guidance for team members.
