Job summary

Goldbelt is seeking personnel to manage training and standard evaluation data for a squadron, ensuring accuracy in records and readiness status. The role involves updating data systems, coordinating with ARMS, and ensuring compliance with AFIs and local guidance.

You will administer training and exams, track progress, and generate regular status reports for leadership. A related bachelor's degree and DoD experience are preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Two years with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Two years with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience in squadron/training or DoD flying squadron environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data in scheduling and data systems.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS.
• Review and update trainee records and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness and training status.
• Prepare and schedule training plans and reports as required.
• Coordinate with training officer to review records and keep them compliant.
