Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to manage training records, readiness tracking, schedules, and coordination of classes and exams to support AMC flying squadrons and non-flying functions essential to aircrew readiness.

In this role you will build and update student and permanent party records, coordinate with HARM/SARM and external agencies, monitor weekly training reports, and assist in curriculum development under AF guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron, training office, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Experience maintaining gradebooks, records, training status, or readiness reporting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, scheduling, and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Update data in GTIMS or future equivalents and locally developed computer databases as required.
• Interface with HARM and SARM personnel to update ARMS as required.
• Build, review, and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per AFMAN instructions and local guidance.
• Coordinate schedule of classes and exams with scheduling and external agencies to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for required training.
• Perform individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
• Coordinate with scheduling office to maximize training opportunities in accordance with AFIs.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training, plus weekly summaries for leadership.
• Assist in development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports/forms monthly/quarterly; maintain STRP briefings for leadership.
