Job summary

B3H is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by managing training records, readiness tracking, training schedules, class and exam coordination, and recurring squadron training reporting. This role supports non-flying squadron functions essential to aircrew readiness and mission continuity.

Contingent upon contract award, the candidate will interface with HARM/SARM, build and review gradebooks, and produce routine reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, education, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron or aviation support environment.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Experience maintaining gradebooks, records, training status, or readiness reporting.
• Ability to manage recurring reports and suspense-driven requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, scheduling, and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Update data in GTIMS or future systems to manage training records.
• Interface with HARM and SARM to update ARMS as required.
• Build and review student records, folders, and grade books per AF instructions.
• Coordinate class and exam schedules with internal and external agencies.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities per AFIs.
• Provide daily upgrade tracking and weekly status summaries.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate monthly/yearly reports and forms such as OST inputs and AF forms.
