Job summary

B3H is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by managing training records, readiness tracking, schedules, class coordination, and recurring reporting. This role also supports non-flying squadron functions essential to aircrew readiness and mission continuity.

The position requires coordinating with HARM/SARM, updating GTIMS/ARMS, and generating various training documents. Contingent upon contract award, the role emphasizes strong data management and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron or training office.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Update training records and readiness reporting in GTIMS/ARMS.
• Coordinate class/exam schedules with internal and external agencies.
• Maintain grade books, training status, and documentation per AF instructions.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports and training plans as required.
• Assist in curriculum development for aircrew and ground training.
