Job summary

B3H Corporation in Florida is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to manage training records, readiness tracking, schedules, and coordination of class and exam activities for AMC squadrons. The role supports non-flying squadron functions essential to aircrew readiness, qualification progression, and mission continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron, training office, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Experience maintaining gradebooks, records, training status, or readiness reporting.
• Ability to manage recurring reports and suspense-driven requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, scheduling, and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tool.

Responsibilities

• Update GTIMS or future systems and locally developed databases as required.
• Interface with HARM and SARM to update ARMS as required.
• Build, review, and update student records and grade books per AFMAN guidance.
• Coordinate class and exam schedules with internal and external agencies.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks of training records.
• Provide daily upgrade training tracking and weekly summaries for leadership.
• Assist in development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate reports and forms such as OST Training inputs, AF Form 2096, NMR letters, STRP briefings, and training plans.
