B3H Corporation in the United States is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to manage training records, readiness tracking, training schedules, and exams for AMC squadrons, ensuring compliance with AFMAN guidance and local procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, an associate’s degree preferred in aviation or related field, and a minimum of three years’ aviation training experience. Proficiency with GTIMS, ARMS, and MS Office is expected; contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron, training office, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Experience maintaining gradebooks, records, training status, or readiness reporting.
• Ability to manage recurring reports and suspense-driven requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, scheduling, and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tool.

Responsibilities

• Update data in GTIMS or future equivalents to GTIMS and local databases as required.
• Interface with HARM/SARM personnel to update ARMS as required.
• Build, review, and update student/permanent party records and grade books.
• Coordinate class and exam schedules with external agencies to ensure proper training.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks for training status.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training; produce weekly summaries.
• Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate reports and forms such as STRP briefings and training plans.
