Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage dynamic flight and training schedules in a challenging environment. The role requires coordination with training officers, NCOs, and staff to ensure currency and progression standards are met, adapting to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and training requirements.
• Publish scheduling data on databases and ensure compliance with guidance.
• Facilitate last-minute changes with command and flight personnel.
• Produce weekly and monthly flight and training reports.
