Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to support dynamic flight training schedules for aircrew and staff in a high-stress environment. The role involves coordinating with training officers, NCOs, and contractors to ensure currency and progression standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Interim Secret clearance is required, with Top-Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and systems with strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training and operations officers to arrange a schedule supporting currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on a daily/weekly basis.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for events.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and training commitments.
• Publish scheduling data for training events on computer databases.
• Update load trackers and weekly flight schedules.
