Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the training officer and squadron staff to arrange schedules to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and support personnel positions.
• Publish/post scheduling data for training events and related reports on computer databases.
• Track crewmember leave, TDYs, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
