Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in the United States (Washington) is seeking a Flight Scheduling Specialist to support aircrew training and operations. You will coordinate with training officers, NCOs, and contractors to build and adjust shift schedules and ensure currency and progression standards are met in a demanding aerospace environment.

The role requires proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Interim Secret clearance required; Top-Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer, NCO, SARM, UDM, and DO to arrange schedules supporting operations, qualification, upgrade, test, and training to meet currency standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructors, evaluators, support personnel, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily and with simulator contractors for events.
• Track crewmember leave, duty, medical appointments, and training requirements to enable accurate flight scheduling.
• Publish and post scheduling data for unit training events and ensure compliance with local guidance and GO/NO-GO procedures.
