Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC invites a skilled Scheduler to join our operations team in the United States. The role focuses on creating and maintaining complex flight, ground, and training schedules to support aircrew readiness and mission assurance.

You will work with training officers, NCOs, and operations leadership to ensure currency, progression, and safe, efficient mission execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM, and DO to arrange a schedule to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support, and supervisor roles.
• Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily and weekly.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for simulator events as required.
• Track crewmember leave, TDYs, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
• Track training requirements and adapt schedules to minimize ORM impact and comply with guidance.
