Job summary

TSC is seeking a senior business development professional with deep Airborne ISR domain knowledge to drive strategy, capture, and proposals. The role involves leading opportunities, engaging government customers, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling bids.

Candidates should have a strong track record in BD/capture, be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a security clearance, and be ready to work with a broad network of government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, plus 5+ years in Airborne ISR solutions or related government/industry experience (military service may substitute).
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Formal certification or training tied to business development, capture, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in AISR products and services.
• Lead the hunt for new opportunities aligned to Airborne ISR capabilities.
• Pro-actively engage prospective customers and manage activities and pipeline.
• Produce drafts for marketing materials, white papers, and presentations for decision makers.
• Develop Operations concepts using P&L inputs and marketing resources.
• Manage proposal activities and ensure compliant, timely responses.
