Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement. You will partner with the Key Account Leader to deploy drone, counter-drone, and Drone as First Responder solutions. Location: Remote in territory; travel 60% minimum.

You will develop account strategy, forecast, and manage relationships, while leveraging the broader Axon sales team to grow existing and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook skills.
• Willing to travel 60%+ within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Generate leads and pursue opportunities using alerts, RFPs, and other sources.
• Be customer-centric, build a robust contact network, and drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Make forecast predictions and manage accounts in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Identify opportunities and feedback to marketing for improvement.
