Job summary

Notion is hiring a Forward Deployed Architect to work with customers in San Francisco or New York City, turning AI ambitions into operational reality. You will design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption and measurable value, partnering directly with clients to understand goals, processes, and governance, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures.

Qualifications

Experience in tech services/consulting or similar customer-facing roles.
Ability to translate ambiguous goals into concrete workflows and plans.
Strong discovery and stakeholder management capabilities.
Hands-on mindset for building AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery to launch.
Design scalable Notion architectures that reflect workflows and governance.
Develop AI-native workflows using Notion AI, agents, automations, and related tools.
Create adoption plans and launch approaches that drive sustained usage.
Identify reusable patterns and package them into templates and reference architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering practical tradeoffs and clear paths forward.
Collaborate across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Services leadership.
Create clear handoff materials and success metrics for customers and teams.
