Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the entire customer journey—from initial meetings to workflow design, closing, and expansion. You’ll work across discovery, architecture design, and co-building solutions directly with customers in Notion.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal, and security, and partner with Outcomes Architects for ongoing adoption and renewal strategies, all while championing AI-enabled productivity at scale.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• You can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of a customer without a specialist in the room.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts, mapping customer workflows to commercial outcomes.
• Experience with procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• You operate with agency and urgency to bring new ideas and workflows to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from new logo to expansion and renewal—for your book of business.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers; run discovery and co-build in Notion.
• Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion for your book.
• Navigate proposal, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to OA for ongoing expansion.
• Collaborate with OA on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal execution.
