Job summary

Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to join the Services team. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Based in Dublin, you will work with Notion on scalable architectures, governance, and integrations, delivering durable value while collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineering to address migrations and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and measurable success criteria.
• Strong discovery skills to map current-state workflows and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating goals into scalable Notion solutions.
• Design scalable Notion architectures translating workflows, governance, integrations into adoptable workspaces.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and Developer Platform capabilities.
• Help customers design adoption plans and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and business value.
• Identify repeatable patterns and turn them into packaged solutions, templates, and reference architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to align stakeholders around a clear implementation path.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and partner ecosystem to scale successful patterns.
• Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures.
