Job summary

Notion is hiring a Solutions Consultant in San Francisco, responsible for owning the entire customer journey from initial meeting through workflow design to commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal planning. You will demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live workflows with customers, becoming a trusted partner across the relationship.

You’ll work with BDRs on account planning and take ownership of the outbound motion.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows into outcomes.
• Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle for your book of business, from first meeting to renewal.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery is the demo.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• NaviGate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and legal/security reviews.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
• Collaborate with OA on onboarding, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
