• 8–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live with customers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and workflow mapping skills.
• Experience with procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• Able to drive adoption and present simple solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from discovery to renewal.
• Design and build live in-notion workflow solutions with customers.
• Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, and implementation paths.
• Guide customers through early implementation with adoption plans.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and renewal planning.
