Job summary

Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to work with customers on AI-native workflows and scalable Notion architectures that deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, operating models, and governance needs, then translate them into practical, durable Notion solutions.

You will be hands‑on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, deployment, and adoption planning, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and measurable success criteria.
• Strong discovery skills, mapping current workflows and identifying pain points.
• Hands-on AI builder mindset with experience designing AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluent in APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch.
• Design scalable Notion architectures translating workflows, governance, and integrations into achievable workspaces.
• Deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and Developer Platform capabilities.
• Create adoption plans and enablement materials to drive sustained usage and value.
• Develop repeatable patterns into packaged solutions, templates, and reference architectures.
• Serve as trusted advisor, guiding customers through practical implementation paths.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Services leadership to scale successful approaches.
