Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to partner with customers and translate business goals into scalable, AI-native workflows. You will design architectures, manage discovery, and drive adoption across enterprise environments.

You will work hands-on on discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, and launch planning, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering for advanced needs. The role is based in San Francisco or New York, with anchor in-person days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate goals into clear workflows and architectures.
• Hands-on mindset for AI-enabled workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate goals into scalable designs.
• Design architectures for workflows, permissions, and integrations.
• Deploy AI-native workflows using company capabilities and adjacent tools.
• Create adoption plans and enablement materials to ensure sustained value.
• Identify reusable patterns and create packaged assets for scale.
• Serve as trusted advisor with executive presence and tradeoff recommendations.
• Collaborate across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Services leadership.
