Job summary

Notion in San Francisco is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey—from first meeting through renewal. You’ll design live workflow solutions with customers, translating designs into commercial outcomes and ensuring what you sell is realized.

You’ll partner with BDRs on target account planning, run multi-stakeholder reviews (procurement, legal, security), and guide early implementation with a clear adoption plan, collaborating with Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and workflow mapping skills.
• Experience coordinating procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal—as the single account owner for your book of business.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: the discovery is the demo, not the slide deck.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own the outbound motion for your book.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan and handoff to OA for ongoing multi-workflow expansion.
