• High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
• Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy in support responses.

• Simulate customer interactions with realistic support tickets and dialogues to test AI handling of edge cases.

• Annotate model responses for sentiment to ensure empathetic and professional tone.
• Compare AI outputs against standard QA rubrics to ensure professional service standards.
