Prolific is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real service expertise. You’ll review AI replies for accuracy, simulate edge-case conversations, and help improve our knowledge bases while ensuring high-quality customer interactions from a remote setup.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume support, strong written English, and the ability to de-escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
• Exceptional written English with tone, empathy, and clarity across personas.
• Proven ability to de-escalate situations and troubleshoot for technical or billing issues.
• High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
• Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in support responses.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for translation and localization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI Chatbot Responses for accuracy and brand voice.
• Simulate customer interactions with realistic support tickets and dialogues.
• Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated articles and macros.
• Annotate model responses for sentiment and tone.
• Conduct QA to ensure professional service standards.
