Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide lawyers and executives on responsible AI usage, focusing on Harvey and enterprise foundation models like Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

You will enable practical workflows, provide coaching, and work with senior leadership to drive adoption across legal AI platforms in a remote, nationwide

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and prompt libraries.
Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on practical legal workflows.
Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS and track engagement.
