Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide legal professionals—attorneys, partners, and executives—in effective and responsible AI usage.

You will focus on workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or experience in a law firm / legal tech setting.
• Deep understanding of generative AI: prompts, context, tokens, validation.
• Experience creating learning content and courses in Absorb LMS or similar.
• Strong live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training on real-world workflows.
• Publish digital modules in the firm's Learning Management System.
• Roll out and drive adoption for Harvey and other enterprise AI tools.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context management, and model usage.
• Support executives with high-touch enablement and guidance on AI use.
• Educate on responsible AI, data privacy, and ethics in practice.
• Establish best-practices for AI in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
• Track attendance, usage metrics, and feedback to refine strategies.
