SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI workflows for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and foundation models, delivering high-impact training in a remote setup.

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.

Mansioni

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training (ILT) focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Provide coaching on Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and foundation models.
• Support governance and responsible AI usage across the firm.
