Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Mid–Senior AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, partners, and executives.

The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

Qualifications

4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on experience training Harvey AI or legal tech in a law firm context.
Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, token optimization, and validation.
Experience administering courses in LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb LMS).
Strong live virtual instruction delivery to professional audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for legal staff.
Create and maintain training materials, libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver live and virtual training sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish and manage digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
