Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC in Providence, RI, seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, partners, and executives.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption for Harvey and foundation models like Claude, OpenAI, and Grok, providing coaching on prompt engineering, token management, and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Direct hands-on Harvey AI training or work in a law firm as AI/Legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, prompts, context, tokens and output validation.
• Experience creating LMS content and administering courses (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual training delivery to professionals.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent resident in approved states including RI.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS and maintain content.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and governance of AI use.
